Your Artwork Rights

You retain all ownership rights to your child's original artwork. By commissioning a piece, you grant Little ELM Studio a license to photograph, digitize, and reproduce the artwork. You also grant us explicit permission to edit, alter, color-correct, and—where physical materials are provided—physically cut or modify the artwork for the purpose of creating your new commissioned masterpiece and for our own marketing and promotional efforts (including social media, website, and business solicitations).
